The policy for cancellation, payments and refunds:

A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest explicitly informs “Pawna Paradise”, through e-mail that the trip shall be cancelled.

For cancellation through e-mail, the time at which e-mail is received shall be considered for refund purposes.

In case of cancellation of booking, no amount shall be refunded if cancelled within 72 hours from the date of the trip.

In case of cancellation before 72 hours of the date of trip, only 50% shall be refunded.

There shall be no cancellation charges (i.e. 100% shall be refunded) if the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of reservation made subject to the reservation made is not less than 7 days before the date of trip.

Refunds will be issued within 5 business days to the same account that was used to complete the payment procedure.

Any refunds, before or after the trip shall be at the sole discretion of Pawna Paradise.

Pawna Paradise reserves the right to cancel in case of force major situation.

No compensation for any loss suffered, in any manner shall be made. In such cases, only the amount paid shall be refunded.

Cancellation policies may be superseded by the Guest Refund Policy

Pawna Paradise will mediate when necessary, and has the final say in all disputes.
