The policy for cancellation, payments and refunds:

  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest explicitly informs “Pawna Paradise”, through e-mail that the trip shall be cancelled.

  • For cancellation through e-mail, the time at which e-mail is received shall be considered for refund purposes.

  • In case of cancellation of booking, no amount shall be refunded if cancelled within 72 hours from the date of the trip.

  • In case of cancellation before 72 hours of the date of trip, only 50% shall be refunded.

  • There shall be no cancellation charges (i.e. 100% shall be refunded) if the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of reservation made subject to the reservation made is not less than 7 days before the date of trip.

  • Refunds will be issued within 5 business days to the same account that was used to complete the payment procedure.

  • Any refunds, before or after the trip shall be at the sole discretion of Pawna Paradise.

  • Pawna Paradise reserves the right to cancel in case of force major situation.

  • No compensation for any loss suffered, in any manner shall be made. In such cases, only the amount paid shall be refunded.

  • Cancellation policies may be superseded by the Guest Refund Policy

  • Pawna Paradise will mediate when necessary, and has the final say in all disputes.
